The welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only. Any attempt to open a new account to claim the welcome bonus again will result in both accounts being permanently suspended.

Closed by User: If you request account closure, our support team will process it within 24 hours. You will have the opportunity to withdraw your available balance before the account is closed (subject to conditions).

Closure by jilibdt live: jilibdt live may immediately suspend an account in cases of terms violations, fraud, or suspicious activity.

• If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any bonus funds will be forfeited.
• Actual deposited funds (excluding bonuses) will generally be refunded.
• Your account may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is ongoing.
